Not sure who to blame really. Offer on website stated buy 1 get 1 free on some items, only catch is you can’t because the products the offer is on doesn’t give the discount. Not just in one product either. Tried with multiply items all of which are supposed to be in the offer.

Brilliant customer service in-store at Hamley’s in London and Manchester. I haven’t used the website so cannot comment on that. Kind and friendly staff who cannot do enough for you and make a magical experience for children. Normally I wouldn’t give a rating of 1 star because my experience at Hamleys always had been great.
