You can only earn 100% completion (and unlock a hidden character) if you find each and every Minikit in all of the game’s 30 levels. Note that there are three chapters for the Heroes quest and three chapters for the villains quest, but I have marked them as 1-6, first three for Heroes, second three for Villains.
