Honest truth, there have been multiple times we have spoken with chefs at other restaurants, and when they learn we’ve dined at Alinea they seriously up their game. Sometimes throwing out the tasting menu and giving us something new just for us.
When do reservations go on sale for Alinea?
As you probably already know, it’s tough to score a reservation here. Reservations generally open on the 15th of the month, two months in advance.
Can you wear yoga pants to an Alinea Salon?
In yoga pants/shorts and tank tops… yep, that happened. We walked in and were greeted warmly, and we asked to change. They (jokingly but invitingly) said that we were welcome to stay comfy, but we wanted to get dressed, so they let us use their large restroom to get dressed. Then, our experience began. We were led upstairs to the Salon.
