Is the Godin Multiac encore a solo nylon?
Prior to buying the Encore, I had tried a Multiac Nylon Duet Ambiance. The pickups in the Ambience were definitely lovely, and offered more delicacy, but the new price-tag for the Ambience in Australia was prohibitive (to me). If you’re solo nylon, I think you should have a good look at the Ambience.

Thanx! My experience with Godin is that that make good quality instruments. However their customer service is lacking. They do not provide a phone number, only email. I recently had a problem with one of their electric guitars and it has been a week now since I emailed them with no response.
What kind of Godin string do you play?
Godin hits it outta the park. The Duet Ambiance is impeccable! I have a few Godins, nylon and steel string, and like them a lot although cannot keep each model straight in my mind. As an aside, here is a video of my favorite musician, Oliver Mtukudzi, playing a nylon-string Godin. Old thread, but same questions.
