Roland Corporation U.S. will repair or replace this product at its sole option at no charge to you for parts or for labor within the warranty period; provided, however, that Roland Corporation U.S. reserves the right to determine whether the product is “defective” for purposes of this Limited Warranty.

How do you fix a dead key?
Use a small, flat-blade screwdriver to pry the key off the keyboard. Insert the blade below the key and gently rotate the screwdriver until the key pops off. Once the key is off, you can clean anything around it. To return the key, put it in place and press down.

Origin. The name Roland originates from Frankish. Its meaning has usually been identified as “famous land,” “from the famous land,” or “fame of the land”, derived from the stems “Hrōð” or “χrōþi” meaning fame, and “land” (Hrōþiland).
Are Roland warranties transferable?
This limited warranty is offered only to the original purchaser of a product purchased new from an authorized Roland or BOSS dealer in the Warranty Region. In the event that you sell the product, this limited warranty is null and void and may not be transferred to the new owner.
Can a Roland piano be repaired at a music shop?
Usually a music shop is NOT a Service Centre. Roland will have given your contact details to the Service Centre but check with Roland to make sure you know where to take your instrument for repair. For non-warranty i.e. out of guarantee repairs you can contact me direct.
