My wedding dress story is brought up by my husband all the time!!! I was cycling past the Leonie Clare store in Brighton and saw the dress in the window, it was so stunning I had to try it on! Despite not being engaged at the time! I went in straight away and the staff were brilliant, they managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule and made me feel really welcome. I tried on the dress it was a little cheeky and slinky but beautiful and perfect for me!….. but naturally I had to try on a few more …just to make sure!! Ok dress chosen, all I had to do now was get engaged!!! I cycled into Brighton, with dress in mind… and walked past Dune shoe shop, and there in the window was the perfect pair of heels to match the dress, with the same diamontes and same oyster colour.. I couldn’t believe it, and they were reduced to 35 squid!!!! I bought them there and then… just still needed to get engaged! So at beach down a few months later it was my birthday , and finally he asked me on a blowup mattress to marry him! Little did he know that I had already tried on and chosen the dress, and bought the shoes!!! Hee hee.. Leonie Clare staff were great I bought the sample dress, had a few slick alterations made and we were married 6 weeks later, nohanging about. It was perfect!
