At the end of September Leonie will be closing the doors to the boutique and moving into a new role in the British bridal industry as the COO of Luxe Bride UK. Our end of an era sample sale is now on and all gowns and accessories must go.

Congratulations! You are engaged! How utterly magnificent! In a dizzy haze of potential wedding ideas you know that dress shopping is seriously high on your agenda. Before you jump in and book 20 appointments to try on a million gowns it is incredibly valuable to your time and stress levels to start with a little research.
The style of your venue will have a strong influence on the type of gown you choose so it is very helpful to book the venue first. Booking the venue and setting the date is one of the biggest wedding planning decisions you will make. Once this is confirmed the dress search begins.

What type of appointment do I need?

In order to secure a highly sought after Saturday consultation we do kindly ask for refundable payment of £20 payable by card over the telephone or by bank transfer. When you attend your appointment you will receive a full refund. Retry appointments are not chargeable.
Should you cancel your appointment giving us a minimum of 72 hours notice we will refund your fee. Without 72 hours notice we are not able to give you a refund. This means we require notice of cancellation by 10am on the Wednesday prior to your visit.
A first consultation is your first visit to Leonie Claire and a very exciting time. You will be greeted by one of our professional consultants and offered refreshments including a selection of teas and coffees and soft drinks. During your first visit we will hear about your ideas and to talk you through our sample sale collection. This appointment lasts for 1 1/2 hours and you will have the opportunity to try on lots of gorgeous gowns.
We kindly recommend that you bring at most 2-3 guests with you. We adore children and really don’t mind them coming to your visit but we do ask that they remain seated on our sofas.
First consultations are available Tuesday to Saturday all standard opening hours.
Please kindly note that we don’t allow photographs during your appointment. If you have friends or family that can’t make it we love to use FaceTime and Skype so they don’t feel left out.
You’ve tried on lots of gowns and know your final choice may be in our sample sale collection. If at your first consultation you are not ready to make the decision we invite you to book a re-try appointment where you can try the gown on again to decide if this is the gown you will wear at your wedding. However, as this is our biggest ever sale we recommend if you love it, go for it. We are not able to hold gowns while you decide as it is first come first served.
If you decide to buy your gown from our sale range we do kindly ask for payment in full. We will then pack your gown in a bridal dress carrier and you can take her away.
Re-try appointments are available all standard opening hours including late nights.
